Business leaders and senior managers from Switzerland and Québec (Canada) including Sophie Brochu (Hydro-Québec), Simone Froemming (Microsoft Switzerland), George Schindler (CGI), Volker Stephan (ABB), Nilima Chowdhury (University of St.Gallen) and Nadine Girault, Minister of International Relations and La Francophonie of Québec, will participate to a virtual round table to exchange opinions and best practices, in reference to the results of the Leaders4Equality survey presented by the University of St. Gallen research team. The ASC/SKO/SwissLeaders Association, under the patronage of the Government of Québec, organises a virtual bridge between two countries that are geographically distant but very close in terms of their economic landscape.
The research project "Leaders for Equality" of the University of St. Gallen conducted a quantitative online survey of male and female managers in May and June 2020, about the commitment of managers to gender equality and "Gender Inclusive Leadership Practices
Nearly 1200 executives took part in the online survey throughout Switzerland. The aim of the project is to promote gender equality in leadership, as there is still a lack of women in the management of Swiss companies.
Business leaders and senior managers from Switzerland and Québec (Canada) will participate to a virtual round table to exchange opinions and best practices, in reference to the results of the Leaders4Equality survey presented by the University of St. Gallen research team. The aim is to strengthen managers from a gender inclusive leadership perspective and to stimulate their commitment to equality in their field.
Target audience: Business leaders and executives from Switzerland and Québec, members and non members of the SKO Association.
