EmployAgility how to manage your lifelong employability
In order to survive in the changing labour market, new skills and knowledge as well as changes in mindset and behaviour are required. Philippa Dengler will show how to build the habits and skills you need to face the future of work with confidence whilst you are still employed - and enjoy a longer, more fulfilling working life.
Lifelong learning is now a prerequisite for lifelong employability. This can be a challenge and there are concerns that large numbers of people over the age of 50 could get left behind. Are we prepared to keep up with the demands of tomorrow’s work environment? Are they able to do so within the current structures? What should corporations do to improve the situation? Philippa Dengler provides a deep insight into her research results and into interesting findings and meaningful recommendations.
