Legal advice (for active members only)

Active members can turn to the Swiss Leaders legal service for legal information and competent advice free of charge.

Network of lawyers (for active members only)

For a free initial consultation in specific legal areas lasting 30 minutes, we provide active members with a network of lawyers who are competent and experienced in the field in question. This offer is limited by the availability of staff resources. Each minute of counselling in excess of the first half-hour will be charged at a reduced hourly rate.

Legal assistance (for active members only)

The Swiss Leaders legal service supports active members in defending their rights as employees in matters of labour law and social insurance, trying to find an out-of-court solution with their employer or social insurance. The services of our lawyers are free of charge for active Swiss Leaders members.

If the attempt to reach an agreement fails, our litigation lawyers represent the members in the competent fora. The relevant court and legal costs will be borne in accordance with the regulations.

Swiss Leaders legal advice and assistance is included in the membership fee as an active member.
