Who we are

"International Managers" is a new group within the Swiss Leaders network. We want to help promote understanding and build bridges between expat managers and life and culture in Switzerland.

Who should join us

Our group represents expat managers from around the globe who have moved to Switzerland and want to get to know more about life, politics and working in Switzerland as well as internationally active swiss managers who want to stay connected with an international community at home. We communicate in English.

Our mission

Get connected! We help you to discover Switzerland and learn more about how Switzerland works. And we support the mission of Swiss Leaders. We believe that managers play a vital role both in the companies they work for and as facilitators of dialogue in society: it is about taking the right decisions to prepare a more sustainable and inclusive future. As the independent and autonomous voice of managers, Swiss Leaders represents the interests of managers. We see ourselves as bridge builders between employees and employers. We bring leadership issues to the center of the public debate. We are convinced that the knowledge, experience and competence of our network can contribute to find comprehensive solutions to today's challenges.

Legal Services

Our inhouse legal services are at your disposal for any legal advice. The legal service represents Swiss Leaders-members in all law proceedings in the areas of labour and social security law.

The attractive legal protection insurance(private, property, traffic law) by our partner CAP Rechtsschutz provides private, motoring as well as property legal expenses cover at a very affordable price.

You also have access to our Swiss Leaders lawyers pool, a reliable network of lawyers specialised in various areas of the law. After an initial free 30 minutes telephone consultation the service will be charged at a reduced rate.

Security

Through Swiss Leaders you can join the collective agreements of various healthcare and insurance organisations and benefit from special conditions.

Bank Cler offers members preferred rates on mortgages and preferential conditions for bank transactions and in the fields of investments, retirement planning and financing or individual pension benefits from Liberty.

Know-how

Stay informed with a free of charge subscription of the Handelszeitung (German), PME ( French) or Ticino Management (Italian) and our Newsletter in German or French as well as subscriptions of various magazines with up to 50% discount. We also publish from time to time articles and books in German and French.
